Gas Line Installation

We install natural gas distribution mains and service connections for gas utilities and municipalities, including polyethylene (PE) pipe, steel casing, and anodeless risers. Our gas line work ranges from residential and commercial service lines to larger-diameter distribution main extensions.

We have performed gas line installations for Enbridge — one of North America's largest natural gas distribution networks — delivering precision HDD bores and open-cut tie-ins with zero surface disruption and on-schedule completion on tight utility corridors.

Gas line installation can be done via directional boring where surface disruption must be minimized, or by open-cut where conditions and specifications allow.

Electrical Conduit & Duct Banks

We install primary and secondary electrical distribution conduit and multi-conduit duct banks for electric utilities and commercial developers. Our electric installation work covers single-run conduit pulls for service upgrades, multi-way duct banks for new distribution circuits, and conduit for traffic signals and street lighting.

We have completed electrical conduit installations for Duke Energy on distribution system projects serving commercial and residential customers, and for DOT Division 5 on traffic signal conduit under roads and intersections across the region.

Electrical duct banks are typically installed via directional boring under roads and other obstacles, and by open-cut in open-ground corridors and trench runs.

Water Main Installation

We install municipal and private water mains and service connections in HDPE, PVC, and ductile iron. Our water line work spans main extensions, new service connections, and crossing installations under roads and waterways.

We have performed water line installations for the City of Henderson, delivering critical municipal water infrastructure on schedule and to utility specification with zero downtime to existing service.

Water main installations are done by directional bore where surface disruption must be avoided, or by open-cut where grade and alignment requirements are best met by trench work.

Fiber, Telecom & Irrigation Sleeve Installation

Beyond gas, electric, and water, our installation crews handle two additional utility categories that are frequently incorporated into HDD projects:

  • Fiber and telecom conduit — conduit for fiber broadband, telephone, data, and communication networks. We have installed communications infrastructure for the Town of Cary and other municipal clients. Fiber conduit pulls are well-suited to directional boring: a single bore can accommodate a bundle of multiple conduits, minimizing surface impact while building in spare capacity for future circuits.
  • Irrigation sleeves and supply lines — agricultural and commercial irrigation system supply line and sleeve installation. We work with irrigation contractors and agricultural operations to bore sleeves under roads and driveways, pull irrigation supply lines, and install pressure-rated HDPE for large-scale irrigation systems. We have completed irrigation projects for Irrigation Networks and similar agricultural clients.
